Unites left me stranded in Sao Paulo, Brazil. They bused us paxs to another domestic airport, but the airline in question wasn't aware of us coming to connect. after 4 hours being bulied around I decided to buy my own tkt to Rio de Janeiro, my final destination from a Los Angeles flt. Now they refuse to refund me (Etkt)the portion Sao - Rio because I didn't have their permission. Note: There was no UA agent at the domestic airport (they do not fly out from domestic airports). There was nothing else to do buy do what I did.
